A fine example of archaeological mumbo-jumbo, blah blah woffle. It means very little to the lay person, but a glance at the illustrations shows that the finds consist entirely of (to you) unrecognisable broken and burnt remnants.
The introduction includes some words in the memory of Dr Rachel Westfield, eminent and talented scholar, who perished of malaria at Masada on the 9th of July 1923.
